Q: Can I try out a free demo or live version of the product?

A: Sure! You can test out a demo version and see some selected features, and how it could work for you. Just fill out a quick form and we’ll be in touch with the details. It’s free and easy.

Q: How long does it take to get actionable insights?

A: After we have installed sensors and/or our technology in your app, we like to gather at least three months of data as a foundation for analysis. This way we can start looking at trends and get to know the customer base.

Q: Do you offer one-time reports?

A: In general we don’t. The reason for this is that we know that to get quality insights, to make informed decisions, we need to compare data over time. Our service is subscription based and combines a dashboard, reports and a Customer Success service to help you achieve your business goals and get full value of your data.

Q: How’s the pricing model?

Q: Is there an additional cost of the Customer Success service?

A: As a customer you automatically get assigned a dedicated Customer Success Manager. They will help you reach your company’s goals. This is included in a package subscription. We know that when you succeed – we succeed, so we will always do our best to accommodate your needs.
